Peeple Child Safety Standards Policy

This policy applies to the Peeple service and the official website at https://www.peeple.world/.

Peeple prioritizes the safety of children and teens and explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Peeple also prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, sexualization, coercion, solicitation, trafficking, or promotion of harmful conduct involving children.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Peeple strictly prohibits the following:

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
  • Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, distributing, promoting, requesting, or soliciting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Grooming, sexual conversations, solicitation of meetings, coercion, extortion, or exploitation targeting children
  • Sexualization of children or any content that promotes or normalizes sexual exploitation of children
  • Child abuse, violent threats, trafficking, or content and conduct that promote harmful acts involving children
  • Unauthorized collection, disclosure, sharing, or solicitation of children's personal information, including contact details, addresses, schools, or location data

2. Reporting

Users can report child safety concerns, suspected CSAE content, or suspected CSAM through the in-app reporting feature or customer support channels in Peeple.

If Peeple receives or becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, Peeple may take actions including:

  • Immediate removal or blocking of the relevant content
  • Restriction, suspension, or permanent termination of accounts
  • Internal review and preservation of relevant records for investigation
  • Reporting and cooperation as required under applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing necessary information to law enforcement or relevant child protection authorities when there is an imminent or serious safety risk

Peeple applies a zero-tolerance approach to violations involving child safety.

4. Compliance with Laws

Peeple complies with applicable child safety, child protection, and child sexual abuse reporting laws and regulations. When confirmed CSAM or serious child safety threats are identified, Peeple may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and the procedures of competent authorities.
